Industry Associations To Participate In Local Higher Business Talents Training Model Study

Without a doubt, there is great change in the construction and size of Chinese higher education since the implementation of Expansion Policy in 1999. Development of higher education has been marching to popularity and diversity. Meanwhile, Chinese enterprises, especially educational institutions (colleges and universities) are challenged for the effective culture and transformation of labor resources.At present, the talent training of domestic business schools, (including University of Commerce, Technology and Business University or Business Management University, College of Commerce, Business Vocational and Technical College, Business Vocational College, etc.), shares obvious convergence. And at the same time, to most local colleges of commerce, many specialties are set in recent years; the enrichment and improvement of them are urgently required. How to develop practical talents of local business colleges is becoming a problem for urgent solution during the development of Chinese higher education. Therefore, taking the training mode of local business college as the pointcut, the demonstrative effect and practical value can be discussed by exploring the construction of the mode with the participation of industrial associations. The main contents as follows:1.Based on differentiating and analyzing the basic concepts, the training mode and history of its development have been studied in details. From the analyses, how to build up diverse mode with innovative ability for the talents, how to experience for finding out a practical, effective, scientific and feasible way of innovative education, is an urgent and practical problem.2.The training of practical talents of local business colleges and endowments and characteristics of practical talents of business has been studied thoroughly. To the local colleges of commerce, it owns vital practical significance with implementation and mastery of the differentiation strategy, taking their self-advantage and school characteristics, constructing training mode for practical business talents with features of professional development and providing better service for local economic development.3.From the angle of analyzing industrial associations, the current situation and running logic of the participation of industrial associations into the training have been made in the research. Based on it, the nature and function of industrial associations have decided that industrial association is one of the effective choices for providing the platform of fostering the innovative talents.4.The training mode of local colleges of commerce with the participation of industrial associations has been researched. The mode of relationship between the network of training and the colleges, industrial associations, member companies, and the mode of relationship of the process for providing the talents have been designed especially. From the design, it is an open system with the close connection between the mode and outside situation. Through the case study, full utilization of the mode can encourage local colleges of commerce to exert powerful potential in constructing specialty in order to improve the colleges to develop innovative talents. The maximum overall efficiency of teaching management of the college can be achieved.
