Applied Research On International Trade Training System Based On The Development Of Market Demand

With the development of foreign trade in China, colleges and universities are required to cultivate more applied talents with certain theoretical foundation and well-developed skills. However, the current status is that, on one hand, the shortage of international trade professionals for enterprises is enlarging, and on the other hand, many graduates of international trade are not recognized for their poor professional ability so that they are not engaged in this industry, which means the waste of a lot of education resources. One of the root causes is that, there exists a serious disconnection between the traditional cultivation mode of professional personnel for international trade and the overall development background of foreign trade business internationalization. Therefore, the problems of how to adjust and improve the cultivation system of applied talents in international trade and how to enable graduates to better adapt to the market demands have become an important subject for colleges and universities.This paper aims to explore the establishment of cultivation system to international trade talents meeting the requirements of market development. Firstly, document literatures in relevant fields are referred to get an understanding of the development history and status of cultivation of applied talents in international trade, and the existing problems in the current talent cultivation system are put forward; then, an overall analysis is carried out to the demand status and development trends of the market of international trade talents, and the demand to international trade talents in local market is summarized through a questionnaire survey in Ningbo; finally, from the research perspective of local universities and through analysis to the guiding ideology, training objective, curriculum construction, practice teaching system construction, teachers construction, teaching quality management and cooperation in running schools, etc. in the cultivation system of talents in international trade major of Ningbo XX University, some reference points for local colleges and universities in the establishment of cultivation system of international trade talents are put forward here. Thus, such conclusions are drawn out in this paper:under the global economy, the foreign trade market has large amount of demands to the applied talents of high quality and it requires the universities and colleges to pay equal attention to the teaching of basic theories and to the practices based on market demands during the establishment of talent cultivation system; specifically speaking, the objective, plan and measures of the cultivation of applied talents can be perfected and implemented respectively, then the market oriented system of applied courses and the featured practical teaching system with ability cultivation as the premise shall be established, a reasonable team of applied teachers and an effective teaching quality management and security mechanism shall be formed, and new forms of university-industry cooperation shall be expanded and Sino-foreign cooperative education be promoted at the same time.
