As one of top 500 global corporations, A group is one of the international companies in manufacturing industry which have the biggest investment size in China. A group has been awarded by Fortune magazine for many times as one of the most respectable companies over the world and as one of the top companies over the world which are most suitable for employees to work. The branches in China of A Group have also received the title of best employer domestically for many times.Currently, China is promoting its domestic industries to be upgraded to a higher level. So the China manufacturing corporations will pay more attention to their people-oriented management. The major purpose of this article is to help the China manufacturing corporations to learn from the research of the job satisfaction management of A group's China branches, so that they can improve their own job satisfaction management.As for the innovation of this article, it exsits in the reaseach for a specific world leading manufacturing enterprise via various analytic methodology, not only in alaysis to the best practice of the job satisfaction management, but also in the advice to where needs to be improved.In chapter one, this article introduced its reaseach background information, which contains the brief introduction to A group and its China branch, its value, the reason of research, the scope of research, the significance of research, and the research method. In chapter two, the basic theory of employee satisfaction has been elaborated, and this article also reviewed related theories from both abroad side and demostic side, and discussed on employee satisfaction's definition, character, impacting factors, survey and significance. Chapter three was for the research design and implementation. It introduced the research process, sample, questionair, reference and analytic method. Chapter four is the part of investigation report. Based on the analysis of employees'personal data, this chapter reasearched and commented on nine survey factors and statistical results respectively. The final chapter summarized the best practice as well as shortcomings of the employee satisfaction management of A group's China branches, and raised out the advice to improving its employee satisfaction.
