As energy shortages are an increasingly prominent, how to fully use and conservation of existing energy into solving the energy supply and demand proves to be the second way except to continuously develop and find new energy sources. Energy conservation and consumption reduction has become the hot issues of present industrial energy consumption. It was raised in the 11th five year plan of national economy and social development planning that it was targeted to reduce unit GDP energy consumption by 20% than in 2005 in the end of this year. But the information show the national energy average utilization rate of only 32%, lower than the advanced industrialized countries by 20 or so percentage points. And the current technology energy-saving contribution rate is only 13.4%. All these indicate that the aim of energy saving requirements can't be achieved in accordance with the current energy-saving technological progress speed so that technological progress must speed up because of the big space to develop energy conservation and consumption reduction existed.Therefor,the energy-saving as nucleus is researched and the CDB refinery as object is discussed in my paper. As we all known, CDB gas field himself as a great energy cost has become the large natural gas producer in Sichuan. First of all on-site the CDB Gas Field of energy consumption situation already is investigated. Then with the current level of the same industry, especially the national energy consumption standards were analyzed to identify the large unit energy consumption and further focusing on analysis of energy consumption, high energy consumption exploration made the following corresponding solutions.For the first,although it take two-stage compression to compressors,the interstage cooler can't put down the temperature of nature gas.So we need more energy for compress.it's a better way to change circular cooling pipe into cooling pipe.At the same time,we should choose the brass trip as radiator fins not strips for enhance the effective thermal conductance.We should reduce the number of radiator fins and distance. Some of pumps' technical parameters are not suitable on gas.There is a small unit load rate.Considering all these situation,It's essential to strengthen monitoring in compression,temperature and pressure so on.Secondly, Some of pumps' technical parameters are not suitable on gas.There is a small unit load rate.Considering all these situation.If we add the frequency change on pump.We would energy-saving and cost-recovering in one or two years also.Thirdly,most of water jacket is abnormal. For example,air coefficient of overheated is too high to save fuel.The unit efficiency at a low leave.it's a good idea to steam from compressor use to warm up nature gas. After all these,we lead the nature gas into water jacket heater for warm up again.For some water jacket heat which were used frequently add proportioningburner.A the last,we should control the rotate speed of fan for energy-saving.In addition to strengthen the manage is necessary in CDB gas field.
