Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of social security and non-monetary remuneration, employee welfare overlaps with all aspects of workers’ life.It not only involves the guarantee of basic life, but also has an important impact on old-age care, medical care, personal future career development, even family members and quality of life.It has always been the focus of social concern, and its incentive and guarantee role has become an irreplaceable part of modern social welfare.Employee welfare has always been more attractive than direct monetary compensation for the promotion and incentive of employees’ subjective well-being and psychological spirit.Because researchers usually consider establishing an evaluation index system based on objective data to predict and analyze the related factors affecting employee’s subjective well-being,this study chooses the subjective perspective of employees as the starting point to explore the impact of employee’s welfare satisfaction on employee’s subjective well-being from the perspective of enterprise employees, and to analyze and discuss employee’s welfare satisfaction. The relationship between intentionality and subjective well-being has rich theoretical significance and practical significance of policy reference. This study combines the relevant literature theory and the mature research results of academia, uses analytical tools to link employee welfare satisfaction with employee subjective well-being,and uses empirical research methods to study the impact of the former on the latter. This study constructs a model of the influence of welfare satisfaction on subjective well-being of employees in state-owned enterprises by using the theory of hierarchy of needs,two-factor theory, social comparison theory and goal expectation theory, and puts forward the hypothesis of relevant theoretical research.A questionnaire survey is conducted among the employees of the processing plant of a state-owned Y enterprise in Yunnan Province, using SPSS20.0 system.Statistical analysis software is used to analyze the contents of the questionnaire.Statistical analysis shows that, firstly, employee welfare satisfaction of state-owned enterprises can have a positive impact on their subjective well-being.Secondly,the overall employee welfare satisfaction of state-owned enterprises and employee welfare category satisfaction have a positive impact on the subjective well-being of state-owned enterprises employees.Through statistical software analysis of differences,it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the subjective well-being and welfare satisfaction of employees in state-owned enterprises;the difference in education status of employees in state-owned enterprises has no significant impact on their subjective well-being,but the impact on their welfare satisfaction is more significant. In other basic information statistics, the differences of gender, marital status and job nature are significant in the overall welfare satisfaction and subjective well-being of employees in state-owned enterprises.
