Talents are the basis for the survival and development of enterprises.At present,the high turnover rate of knowledge-based talents in state-owned enterprises has become a concern.The loss of knowledge workers weakens the market competitiveness of soes and also affects their long-term development.Compared with ordinary skilled workers,on the one hand,it is difficult for knowledge-based employees to pass the quantitative assessment and measurement of work performance,and the working process is not easy to be restricted by evaluation and observation.On the other hand,the relatively stable and comfortable working environment and relatively narrow promotion space in state-owned enterprises tend to form a relatively negative working attitude.As a result,some of them are inactive and depressed.Unpredictable career and work that cannot bring a sense of achievement in time often increase their negative emotions in work,leading to job burnout and even the loss of a large number of knowledge talents.Aiming at the problem of job burnout of knowledge-based employees in state-owned enterprises,this paper conducts a survey on the current situation and demand of job burnout of knowledge-based employees in J enterprise through MBI job burnout scale measurement,semi-structured interview,experiential observation and other methods,and conducts a demand analysis guided by the three-dimension theory of job burnout.Finally,it is found that knowledge-based employees of J enterprise are at a moderate level of job burnout as a whole,and timely intervention can help prevent the deterioration of the situation.At the same time,through the questionnaire and the individual interview,it can be seen that the knowledge employees of J enterprise mainly have three needs: to learn emotional regulation and stress management,to establish the attitude of positive problem solving and interpersonal communication,and to change the way of negative cognition.The author according to their needs,using social work team JieRuFa,in under the guidance of the theory of social learning theory and job matching,using mindfulness decompression therapy,cognitive change therapy,treatment technologies such as the five group activities,the purpose is to eliminate tiredness,relieve pressure,try to improve the state-owned enterprises of knowledge employee job satisfaction.In this way,innovative talents can be brought into full play to contribute to the rapid development of state-owned enterprises,so as to solve or alleviate the problem of loss.The study found that group intervention can help employees alleviate negative emotions,improve work enthusiasm and personal sense of achievement,improve soft abilities such as communication and time management,promote the integration of colleague relationships and improve work efficiency,and alleviate job burnout.
