December 11, 2001, China officially became a WTO member, and went through a 3-5 year's transition period. That is, since December 11, 2006, WTO transition period was completely end, and emerged green trade barriers. Green trade barriers had a tremendous impact on the China's foreign trade. At this stage, many countries has established the green trade barriers against our country, which led to export of China's export restricted or even prohibited.Because of rich natural resources, low labor costs, the developing countries export trade increased year by year. Developed countries after a long period of development, labor costs are high so the selling price of their products is much higher than the price of exports from developing countries. In order to protect their own markets, developed countries use the green trade barriers to restrict or prohibit trade in certain products from developing countries. China is a developing country, WTO transitional period of protection has became history, so research the influence of green trade barriers on our country's export trade has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper describes the theoretical concepts of green trade barriers, based on the concept of green trade barriers, mainly analyzes international comparison of green trade barriers and experience reference, as well as a new situation of the financial crisis increases green trade barriers continuously. According to the influence of green trade barriers on our country's export trade, the strategies have been proposed by the macro-level, mid-level and micro-level.
