| The theory of investment in human capital suggests that human capital is the sumof the knowledge, skills, and health inherited in such laborers who rely on investment inhuman capital. For the workers themselves, increasing investment will improve itsviability and productivity resulting in higher income and occupational status; for thecountry as a whole, increasing investment in human capital is the decisive factor of theeconomic development, the social progress and the scientific and technologicalinnovation and investment in human capital gain is far greater than all other capitalincome investments. Investment in education is the most important investment tool andcontent. The high rate of return of investment in education makes a great contributionto socio-economic growth.The graduate is the main Chinese dream makers who promote the rapiddevelopment of China’s social economic and technological advanced expertise. They arethe elite groups in society and should be the leaders in the competition for jobs. Withcontinued enrollment college graduate, graduate human capital investment has entered aperiod of rapid growth. Employment problems are due to the country as well as graduateschools and many other personal reasons. The barriers which the Masters face areincreasingly severely. This is equivalent to doing a postgraduate human capitalinvestment, but did not achieve effective output and unequal income, which is contraryto human capital investment theory.Aiming at this problem, the first chapter is written to presents the background,purpose and significance of the topic of current research in human capital investmenttheory and carries out a detailed review and comment; Chapter II combines features ofgraduate human capital and elaborated the concept of human capital investment theory,investors and investment, investment characteristics, structure and investment risks;Chapter III involves the employment status of the status of China’s investment in humancapital and graduate students which aims to do the detailed study and analysis on thebasis of a graduate student in human capital investment income, specifically the impactof human capital investment for graduate employment; Chapter IV of human capitalfrom investors, the investment structure and investment risk analysis of three specific factors affecting human capital investment of graduate employment; according to theabove analysis, Chapter V suggests the optimization of human capital investment ofhigher education and graduate employment promotion made some thought, namely thegovernment, universities and graduate personal point of view, from a graduate student inhuman capital investment subject, investment structure, investment risk in three areas putforward the corresponding countermeasures.
