With the constant development and improvement of Internet technology, the E-business application has a swift and violent development. E-business has become the most up-to-date or advanced means in the business field and the most modern way of behavior. Through E-business, the production cost can be cut down, better commodities can be provided, the quality and efficiency of services can be highly improved also. However, like any new thing, the development of E-business encounters all sorts of problem and disputes. Profit is the base of the E-business companies to exist and develop. The global disillusionment of Internet economic foam since 2000 brings a great many domestic E-business companies providers to the edge of bankrupting. With the rupture of the capital chain, many famous websites closes down without suitable profit mode, the electronic commerce entered the cold winter in network. The luckily survived electronic commerces, which passed through the ruthlessness test, begin to sum up the experience to develop.They create specially operation mode and profit gradually.Just in a battle, there is no universal law can to be used. Every enterprise must choose managing strategy according to his market position. On the basis of universal manage mode of E-business companies, this article reviews some main profit mode at present and studys the development condition of the electronic commerce. It also analyzes the different emphasis of each electronic commerce profit mode, summaries the common characteristic of operation mode in successful electronic commerce, brings forward the concluding the development trend of the Chinese electronic commerce. So as to provide the consumer developing strategy, brand strategy, selling tactics, product tactics, and provide theoretical foundation and constructive suggestion to e-business operators who expect to establish effective and appropriate profit modes.
