With the development and advancement of society, People pay more and more attention on the satisfaction of spirit requirement. Tour is a special way of satisfying human high level spirit requirement.From the 1990s, the world tourism enters the period of rapid development, with this backgroundworld, china tourism rapidly developed.With the development of tourism, tourist attractions management becomes hot point of tourism development and focus of debating, tourism play a more and more important role in tertiary industry development.Meanwhile, based on the effectivly using and protecting Heritage Resources, a more effective strategic development plan and enhancement of tourism image appears as a major factor of heritage scenic spots development and a key area of discussion in this aspect.Therefore, my paper offers suggestion of tourism development strategy and measures analysis of Sanxingdui in Guanghan City.Based on the current analysis of tourism development of both Sichuan and China, this paper appears some bisic features of tourism. With the the theory of Competitive Strategy and Advantages as referrence, some factors, such as opportunities of Sanxingdui development, threats, strengths and weaknesses are analyzed in detail and some conclusion comes by the SWOT analysis method. Development strategy of Sanxingdui is discussed in detail with the aspect of system and management innovation and the adoption of modern marketing strategy. with modern marketing theory, the system and management innovation mainly focused on establishing modern enterprise system, adopting market-oriented operation, introducing advanced concept of tourism development, using a high starting point plan, highlighting the tourist Features Sanxingdui.And the adoption of modern marketing strategy mainly focused on continuously improving the construction of tourism marketing channels, tactfully enhancing the image of tourism, providing visitors with high quality service standards, making continuous innovation and adopting flexible and diversified marketing strategy. The paper aims at providing theoretical basis for further development and promotion of Sanxingdu development.
