Non-oil business is the business activities that stations rely on gas station network and client resources to provide customers with goods or services other than the fuel and gas to meet an extension of customers'needs. It includes convenience stores, car services, catering, accommodation, gas station advertising, platform balances, ATM machines, the venue rental and so on, in which the convenience stores are the most typical form. Convenience store is an retailing form to satisfy the customers'emergent and convenient demand. In China, the current gas station business is still mainly dominated by oil products sales, while non-oil business is still at its initial stage. The business type is not only a single species, but the operating conditions are relatively poor. Most non-oil business is still at the non-profit stage. This is not only a larger gap with foreign countries, but also is not conducive to the marketing of China's gas stations. It raises new issues for the development of the country's refined oil retailing business. It is imperative to carry out non-oil business to make sure that the gas station could change to an integrated service functions from simple retailers.Considering the above situation, this paper comparatively analyses the prospects of carrying out non-oil business based on domestic and international non-oil business development status as well as the pilot convenience store in Lijia Tuo gas filling stations, Sichuan branch of China Petroleum. The main contents are given below:1. Make feasibility analysis on the non-oil business at Lijia Tuo gas station convenience store, specifically including: environmental analysis, management analysis, analysis of expected benefits and difficulties.2. Describe the organization and management of the non-oil business at Lijia Tuo gas station convenience store in detail, including: how to set up organization, clarified management functions and the plan and the system of the project team.3. Invest and analysis how to execute quality management on the non-oil business at Lijia Tuo gas station convenience store, including: the quality objectives of this project, quality planning, quality management system and operational, quality management process control and so on.4. Identify, value and control the risks of the non-oil business at Lijia Tuo gas station convenience store and raise the strategy and proposal for risk control, etc.5. Simply analyze and discuss the prospect of the non-oil business at convenience stores.By the use of theory with practice, contrast and cases, we invest and analyze the convenience store non-oil business according to the project management-related theories, the impact of the changes of the domestic and international refined oil retail market on the non-oil business development in Sichuan, China Petroleum Sales Company as well as the marketing environmental background, internal and external factors of Lijia Tuo gas station.
