Oil Drilling Project Risk Management Studies

The drilling of petroleum is the important mean of the oil exploration and development. The petroleum well drilling project works with the stratum, and it is a project with high concealment, so there are risks in all parts of the drilling project, and the uncertain event or the grave worksite accidents frequently occur. In order to avoid the happening of accidents and the personal injury of the operators, to reduce the losses of the state property, we should keep a good lookout of the hidden risk factors in the drilling.The study of the drilling of petroleum risk management is to choose the reasonable approach for the drilling risk management, depending on the characteristics of the drilling and analyzing the methods of the risk management. In the position of the drilling contractors, considering the particularity of the drilling project, this paper studies the risk management of all parts of the drilling with the theory and method of the project risk management. This paper recognizes the risk factors of the drilling with the check list and Delphi method, divide the risks of the drilling into the designing, the nature, the construction and the management four categories, and establishes evaluation index system of drilling risk evaluation. Computing the weights of the indexes with the rough set and assessing the risks of the drilling with the fuzzy assessment method, then illustrating the application in drilling risk assessment by an example. Finally, this paper advances measures aimed to the different risk. This paper provides the decided basis for the tendering of the drilling contractors, and provides them with the basis to raise the level of the enterprises' risk management.
