After World War II, with the advent of the international environment of peace, tourism services trade developed by an unprecedented speed , the tourism industry has gradually become the world's first major industry, which had an important contribution to the world and national economic development .Yunnan province's development of trade in tourism services only has a few decades, but its role in the development of the Yunnan province's national economy is being gradually increased, however, the level of competitiveness in the international trade in tourism services in Yunnan province, compared with other developed countries in the world, there is a big deficiencies so it is a big problem to enhance tourism services trade in the international competitiveness.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction, it briefly introduced the background of writing, the status of domestic and international researces, as well as the lack and the innovation, the second part had a brief introduced the international trade in services and the competitiveness about international tourism trade in services; third part is theoretical part ,section I mainly introduced the shortcomings and usefulness about the theory of comparative advantage in the use of the tourism trade in services,section II introduced the Theory of competitive advantage of Porter,and analysed the trade in tourism services by the Porter's national diamond" model analysis in the basis of comparative advantage; the fourth part first introduced the competitiveness evaluation index, gave a quantitative description about trade in tourism services in Yunnan Province's competitiveness, followed had a simple comprehensive evaluation about the trade in tourism services in Yunnan province's competitiveness, then do the model analy by some important factors; the fifth part carried out a concrete set about its advantages and disadvantages of the tourism trade in services which was based on the reality of Yunnan Province; the sixth part, as we know, through the analysis about the experience of a number of international tourism in other countries in order to get the enlightenment to enhance the competitiveness of the trade in tourism services in Yunnan province based on the reality of Yunnan province.
