Enterprise's culture plays an important role in management of modern enterprises. The economic development is a promotion of economy and culture is a source of strength of an enterprise. The key of enterprise's success is its excellent enterprise culture, it's a key factor of innovation of technology and management and systems. Therefore, it's very meaningful to establish an excellent enterprise culture which is in accordance with the enterprise's development of economy. The competition on enterprise's culture is a vital inspect of competition of enterprises.The aerospace culture in our country is an excellent culture developing with aerospace industry. Along with the rapid development of China aerospace, the cultural wealth of aerospace spirit has been developed steadily while promoting of aerospace career, the constant development of aerospace enterprise is not only based on the advanced technology, scientific methods, efficiency management, but also on the strength of guidance,restraint,integration,condensation and radiation. The aerospace culture's vital displaying and deepening is vital for people to overcome difficulty, create miracle, and achieve victory.The author of this paper is one of aerospace members who have more acknowledge of development of aerospace industry and feature of aerospace culture. In this paper, the author introduces the basic theory of enterprise's culture, discourses the form and procedure of aerospace's culture, have a comprehensive analysis on the major details, characteristic and the roles of the aerospace industry development.The emphasis of this paper is deeply study on enterprise's culture with aerospace characteristic, and the important meaning of establishing the culture with aerospace characteristics, put up the principle of it. In this paper, take China Aerospace Propulsion Academy as an example, to show how to promote the development of aerospace enterprise's development with aerospace enterprise's culture, analyze the emphasis and ways on the connection between aerospace enterprise's culture and aerospace enterprise's development. At the same time, just as the integration of these two aspects, enable the aerospace enterprise's development smoothly. The route of complete integration is creating the condensation through the creation of spirit value; strengthen enterprise radiation through the culture management; promote innovation through aerospace concept; strengthen execution through core value system. Therefore, aerospace enterprise's culture construction plays an indispensable role in the development of our aerospace industry. In the meanwhile, this paper also analyze some problems and challenges that we have to face in new situation, the author shows her own analysis and detachment in judgments.
