The practice of "Quality of Working Life" is from 1960s in England mining industry, and in the 1970s is the important time for research the connotation of the QWL. Because of the different scholars have different perspective, so there have many difference definition of QWL. Some of defines from the employees' subjective experience and feel, some other define from enterprise management. This means the QWL is the relationship between company and employees. when we improve QWL, at the same time can meet more employees' need and can make enterprise get more economics benefits and social benefits. In general, Quality of Working Life mainly refers employees within the organization to through build system of their job, working way, working environment, life environment and so on, emerge positive effects what the organizations need, include improving degree of staff mental health. QWL is one of the important topic to be concerned by theorists and practitioners.Since this concept of quality of working life was proposed, many researchers focused on study the dimension of QWL and some certain variables (such as work efficiency and performance, etc.), also some of them keep their research within specific groups, such as the teacher or doctor, and use these researches in practice. In developed countries, have many theories and practice fully prove the quality of working life make an impact on human resource management, and is widely used in the actual production management activities. But in our country this research is still at the primary stage, the related theory and practice need to strengthen and only have a few literature research of this topic in China. Because of this reason, the report explored the relationship of Quality of Working Life of enterprise knowledge-based employees and their Occupational Frustration in China. Try to add more content in the Quality of Working Life study, and give some reference and basis in this research area in our country. With the advent of knowledge economy, the number of knowledge-based employees in social employment in greater proportion; Because of the knowledge-type employees have a higher levels needs, so the factors which affecting its psychology is more complex; however the knowledge-based employees is the important power of the enterprise progress. Summing up these reasons, this research based on the enterprise knowledge-based employees.Considering personal factors will affect the Quality of Working Life and Occupational Frustration, especially in questionnaire. Accordingly this report use staff self-evaluation, because for the evaluation of the quality of working life depends on the individual cognitive ability. For that reason, this research also considered some basic personal factors as the research scope, Such as employees' gender, age, education, income, and so on. In order to better understand the different staff have some different in Quality of Working Life and their perception, and the relationship of each individual and their Quality of Working Life and the Occupational Frustration.this report uses the empirical methods to find the relationship of knowledge-based employees in the modern enterprise and their Quality of Working Life and the Occupational Frustration. Also use the personal attributes and characteristics of the enterprise as regulation variables. So the whole report on this idea as the foundation, simultaneously consulting a large number of literature and give the analysis; through theoretical analysis of this study will be established to verify the theoretical model assumptions; then through questionnaire survey and data analysis to verify the correlation between the two, in the end draw the corresponding conclusions and recommendations, and pointed out the deficiencies of this research and the follow-up it prospects. Therefore, this study is divided into five parts.'The first part is the introduction, this part is the foreword and introduction to the full research, it includes the background of this research to examine the theoretical and practical significance, writing this article idea and frameworks, this research method and possible innovations in areas such as the content.The second part is the literature review and summary, including the concept of knowledge workers to develop and refine, and through these define the definition of knowledge workers in our research report. After that the knowledge-type staff will divide into specialized technical personnel, first-line managers, middle managers and senior management, the evolution of the quality of working life, defining and influencing factors. The final analysis come out of this study was to define indicators of QWL evaluation of tasks, working conditions and social environment in three latitude, and simply introduction it. Literature review also includes the concept and structure of Occupational Frustration, as well as personal attributes, quality of working life and occupational frustration relations research. This part is basic for the theoretical framework presented in future.The third part is the research design; this part is the theoretical basis of this report, because any research must be supported by a solid theoretical. This section describes in detail the course of this research, including research models and the model assumes that the building will be made of three variables questionnaire.The fourth part is a questionnaire survey and data analysis, the main statistical analysis tool used SPSS 13.0. Through item analysis, reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation. analysis, regression analysis and prescriptions difference analysis, etc. research the quality of work life and occupational frustration, as well as the correlation between the number of personal attributes and business nature of the impact on them.Fifth part is the results and conclusions of this research report. Summing up the results and study the results of an in-depth content analysis, get the information from the data analysis results, at last, the findings of the each chapters of the above and in-depth knowledge on how to improve the quality of working life of employees. In order for the organization to improve its human resource management practices, it will provide countermeasures and suggestions to enhance organizational performance.In this research report refer to the numerous theoretical literatures on the basis of theoretical exploration to ensure the rationality and validity. In this research validation of knowledge workers and occupational frustration QWL correlation model, and offer the hypothesis. The core of this report need to verify that hypothesis as follows:enterprise knowledge workers quality of working life and career frustration between the significant negative correlations. In order to support the core assumptions, made four assumptions:personal attributes can affect the quality of working life and occupational frustration; nature of enterprise can affect the quality of working life and occupational frustration; the attitude of enterprise knowledge workers awareness of the quality of work life can affect the quality of working life and occupational frustration; then divided the few hypothesis and put forward thirteen points. This article is also related to research at our country and abroad based on the results, designed.the "company knowledge workers quality of working life and occupational frustration questionnaire". And take advantage of pre-research collection of 36 valid questionnaires were analyzed, found that all the scales have good reliability and validity, only adjust for the presentation of a small number of items to make a formal questionnaire has a higher degree of reliability and identification. According to empirical studies, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) QWL and occupational frustration have relationships.(2) QWL in the dimension of work task and the organizational environment and the overall dimensions of occupational frustration was significantly negatively correlated. But the dimensions of social and psychological between occupational frustrations don't have the relationship.(3) Personal attributes and business nature of the relationship between QWL and professional frustration is only part of the personal attributes and business nature of the individual dimensions of QWL have a significant effect, and their frustration on the relationship between QWL and career only have a certain influence, but it was not obvious.Through the above research and analysis, the research has made a number of enterprise management reasonable suggestions:enterprises should focus on the quality of working life of the building, this will help reduce employee occupational frustration and promote the healthy development'of the employees of psychological; Relatively speaking, they also should pay attention to the tasks of the organization and organizational improvement of the environment, because the two dimensions of organizational frustration more significant negative correlation; the knowledge-type employees always need a higher demand, various types are changeable, and them also need different type.. These personal attributes of the marital status, age, stage, job-level and annual income of the QWL in tasks or social and psychological significance certain predictability, if companies want to provide their own quality of working life efforts even more effective, they should try to meet staffs different needs; different types of employees are also have different levels of perceived QWL, company can according to oneself circumstance carry out improvement.Innovation of this research report is reflected in the following areas:(1) this report built QWL knowledge workers and occupational frustration of the theoretical research model; (2) This research use empirical research method to research the relationship of QWL knowledge workers and occupational frustration, and targeted proposed to improve the quality of life of knowledge workers work proposals and measures, thus a more comprehensive career employees for enterprises on how to reduce frustration with a new ideas and measures.Finally, because the relevant conditions, limitations, this study has some limitations. In this article, the last part of this were discussed, and the response to these limitations, as well as results from empirical studies inspired to put forward the need in the future in-depth study of several problems.
