Innovation Perspective Chongqing Eco-city Construction Research

City is the center of special regional, in the feature of economic, technological, cultural or political center. With urbanization and industrialization continue to push ever-increasing pace of urban development. At the same time, resource depletion, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance, the population explosion and a series of environmental problems are worsening. How to promote physical, social and economic coordinated development of urban development has become the core of the study. Eco-city is a harmonious development between man and nature of urban development model, has become a modern city development in the direction and goals. Eco-city of theoretical research and practical exploration of urban sustainable development has a very important practical significance.In 2008, the Chongqing Municipal Committee made three three whole building "livable Chongqing", "smooth Chongqing", "Forest of Chongqing", "peace in Chongqing" and the "health of Chongqing" in the new objectives for the integrated eco-city of Chongqing urban area building work specified in the right direction. Accordingly, this article by introducing "innovative" concept to build innovation-oriented ecological city construction system as the theoretical framework, designed to promote innovation-led development strategy of the development of a strategic, integrated innovation and development orientation of the city, "Nature - Economy - Society "Complex ecosystems tend to a rational structure, organization and optimization, operation and efficient sustainable development.By comparing the analysis of domestic and international eco-city research, this paper argues that innovation is the promotion of eco-urban development of the fundamental factors, as the oriented model of development new eco-city. Eco-city construction system designing is based on four aspects of innovation-driven. Take Chongqing as the analysis of selected objects to analyze its current (2003—2008)situation, enabling factors and constraints or eco-city development. Using of multiple methods to design eco-city development evaluation system and to analyze the level of development of eco-city and the system relevance. Finally, in order to build the system, empirical analysis is based on the development of eco-city of Chongqing Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere with the status quo analysis. Innovation-oriented construction of ecological city of Chongqing urban area can take the following four measures: institutional innovation through policy, scientifically formulate urban and rural construction planning, the promotion of ecological society harmonious development; through technology, system innovation, the implementation of structural optimization to adjust, Tuidong ecological Chanyetiji construction; through awareness, drafting innovation, improve the level of ecological consciousness of the residents, leading ecological and environmental protection; through institutional innovation, and build ecological building management system to ensure the smooth implementation of eco-city construction.
