Study Of Resource-based Urban Industrial Transformation Path

This article analyzes the way choice in the industrial transformation process of the resource-based cities, including the model of the industrial transformation, the direction of substitute industries the related problems in the transformation process, and takes Huaying as an example. After years of rapid development, the resource-based cities gradually have access to resource depletion period. A series of issues had appeared, such as poor economic returns plummeted, environmental carrying capacity of a serious decline, cost of exploitation rises gradually, etc. Industrial transformation of the urban economy as a whole, resource-based transformation system, a key element in the work, success or failure is directly related to the restructuring of success and resource-based cities can achieve sustainable development. This article hopes that China's industrial transformation problem through Huaying study on the resource-based theory of urban industrial restructuring and further enriched ,developed and improved. And for other resource-based industrial transformation of cities to provide reference for government decision-making.Quantitative analysis is combined with qualitative analysis in the dissertation. The research based on key factor analysis and PCDL model. This article combs the current research achievements . In addition, valuable experiences and lessons are drawn from the comparative research to the industrial transformation of foreign cities. Industry renewal model should be used to accomplish the industrial transformation in Huaying. To analyze the key factors such as the industrial foundation ,environmental constraints and locational factor, which impact of industrial restructuring, Huaying choose the way choice of the industrial transformation. Four industry chains are put forward of the direction of substitute industries. Suggestion having suggested that the industrial transformation of the resource-based city Huaying.The main innovative points of the article are as follows. Taking Huaying the county economy as the research object is a breakthrough and enrich the research of the resource-based cities in the southwest of China.
