ABSTRACTObjectives:To study the changes of the function of nerve-endocrine-immune network in the model of EMT, And the whole regulation function of the representative prescription FTN, and the best relationship between dosage and effect. We divided the rats into six groups as the normal group, the EMT model group, western medicine group, and FTN groups of high, middle and low dosage.Resules: ~ The EMT model rats had the abnormal functions of nerveendocrine-immune network: the contents of E2, LPO, IL-6 in serum were increased significantly, the contents of P, SOD, IFN-r in serum and ATCH, Cr in blood plasma were decreased notably, while the contents of T3 and 4 did not change.~The three dosage groups of FTN had the whole regulation function on the disturbance of nerve-endocrine-immune network of EMT. They could reduce E2, LPO and IL-6 in serum, and enhance the contents of P, SOD, ACTH, Cr, IFN-r, the middle dosage group of FTN had the best effect among them.servation of histology and morphology: The prescription of FTN could restrain the growth of protuberance of EMT rats, and had the relationship between dosage and effect. The middle dosage group of FTN had the best effect. Compared with western medicine group, the tree groups of different dosage of FTN did no harm to the Liver and the kidney.?Observation with electric-microscope: The models were basically successful, each of the systems of the whole body had pathologic changes in micro-structure. The changes were mainly in the cell membrane, mernbranaceous structure and organnelle, stainable feature, which coincided with the theory of Kind's nerve-endocrineimmune network.Conclusion:In the modal rats of EMT, exist the abnormal function of nerveendocrine-immune network. The therapeutic mechanism of the precription of FTN is realized through the whole regulation of the disturbance function of the network. Furthermore, FTN has the best relationship between dosage and effect.
