The More Clinical Studies Of This The Tongguan Pill Treatment Of Angina Pectoris

Objective to study the safe and effective medicine and methods for angina pectoris of CHD.Methods: 76 cases of blood stasis and sputum block due to deficiency of the kidney patients were randomly divided into two groups . The treatment group (40 cases) were administrated orally 6g Yu Ben Tong Guan ,3 times each day while the control group (36 cases) were adminstrated orally 4 tablets Yang Xin Shi , 3 times each day for four weeks. Result:In the treatment group the marked rate of angina pectoris is 37.5% the total effective rate is 92.5% ; the marked rate of Electrocardiogram (ECG) alter is 20% . the total effective rate of ECG alter is 65% ; the marked rate of clinical symptoms improvement is 40% , the total effective rate of it is 92.5% . there is significantly or much difference between the treatment group and the control group (P (0.01 or 0.05).The Level of serum total cholesteral, TG, LDL were decreased in the treatment group while the level of HDL was incrased. Blood glucose, blood fat and hernodynamics were also decreased. And the decrease of the heart rate improved the cardiac function Conclusions: Blood stasis , sputum block due to deficiency of the kidney are the main pathegenesis of angina pectoris . Tonifying the kidney , promoting blood circulation and dispelling sputum are the main therapeation methods with positive effective rate. Yu Ben Tong Guan is the ideal medicine for angina pectoris . No side effects were found during the study.
