Participation Surgery Capsule Regulation Spleen Metastasis Of Gastric Cancer Related Gene Expression In The Rat Animal Model Extracellular Matrix Degradation

Objective: Researching the relevant functions on gene expression about cellular polarization and the degradation of extracellular matrix (ECM) upon Spleen Deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse animal model with Shenzhu capsules .With it to discuss the functional mechanism of Shenzhu capsule to Spleen Deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse animal model. Thus developing the new field of experimental oncology research and wanting to offer new research conception of the occurrence , development and variation for tumor and the functional mechanism of anti-tumor Chinese Medicine compound prescriptions.Methods :Established the animal model of Spleen-Qi Deficiency with feeding excessive sourness in BALB/c-nu/nu mice .On the basis of this foundation , transplant SGC7901 stomach cancer tissue blocks vie cultivating after four generations under stomach chorion of BALB/c-nu/nu mice with S3I established Spleen Deficiency & stomach cancer metamouse animal model. Used HE and the method of immuno-tissue chemistry studied the regulation and controlling of relevantly genetic expresses (MMP2, MMP9 TIMP1 TIMP2 uPA 及 PAI-1) of Shenzhu capsules to cellular polarization and the degradation of ECM of Spleen deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse animal models .Results: Spleen Deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse animal model was successfully established. Shenzhu capsule could prohibit cancer cell polarization and adjust the degradation of ECM on the change of relevantly genetic express(MMP2 MMP9 TIMP1 TIMP2 uPA 及 PAI-1).Conclusions: The Spleen Deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse animal model can be duplicated by using the methods that has been described in the context; Shenzhu capsule can prohibit the knubbly transplantation of Spleen Deficiency & Stomach Cancer metamouse , and it' s mechanism maybe induct the re-polarization of tumor cell and adjust the relevantly genetic expresses of the degradation of ECM.
