ObjectiveNowadays cerebrovascular disease(CVD) has become one of grave diseases to mankind, especially to mid-aged people. With the aging population of the globe increasing, the harm of CVD is increasingly outstanding. It was one of the healthy problem to pay closer attention to preventing and curing acute cerebral accident in the medical public. The attack rate of cerebral arterial thrombosis was far superior to that of hemorrhagic stroke. With the profound investigation into cerebral arterial thrombosis, it could induce the injury of ischemia-reperfusion after bloodstream reviving recanalization. Inflammatory reaction was the cause resulting in cerebral ischemic reperfusion jury. The committed step of Inflammatory reaction was cell adhesion and extravasation of white blood cell -vascular endothelial cell. Adhesion molecules expressing excess augment, shedding, residing in the blood serum. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and endothelin-1 were important indexes to review endothelium function. Used the MCAO model, this research investigates the content of sICAM-1 and ET-1 in the peripheral blood after CI to research the mechanism of early acupuncture treating resisting cerebral ischemical reperfusion injury after CI. MethodsSD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group (ischemia 0.5h reperfusion 24 hours), electroacupuncture treatment group(ischemia 0.5h reperfusion 24 hours, treating 2 times) and the normal control group. Used the suture in MCA to establish MCAO ischemia-reperfusing model. The remarks of nerve function deficit referring to Lundy remarking standards. The acupoints of BAIHUI and SHUIGOU were selected, stimulated with slow-fast wave for 30 minutes. The blood of all rats was collected by extirpating eyealls, centrifuging. Detected respectively by ELISA method to investigate the content of sICAM-1 and radioimmunoassay to investigate the content of ET-1 in rats' blood after ischemia-reperfusion and electroacupuncture. Results1. The content of sICAM-1,ET-1 in the blood increases after ischemia-reperfusion.2. Then electroacupuncture can make the content of sICAM-1,ET-1 in the blood decrease.Conclusion1. Following the endothelial cells' damage, the brain issue were injuried after the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.2. Electroacupuncture can make the content of sICAM-1,ET-1 in the blood decrease, then conduce to the protective actions to the brain.3. The mechanism of early acupuncture treating can effectively intervene the injury of CI, is through the immunal regulation to the inflammation reaction after cerebral ischemia.
