| This thesis provides a therapeutic review on Kawasaki Disease of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, which based on the experiences and studying achievements of the experts. It summaries and discusses the clinical values and deficiencies of the two kinds of medical system. By observating 40 Kawasaki Disease cases (divided into two groups, each 20 cases), we make a conclusion that the combining therapy of TCM and western medicine is better than single western medicine .And we offers some questions about theories of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on Kawasaki Disease for children for discussion. The purpose is to unify the different opinions, make these two therapies complement each other, promote the clinic effect, reduce the occurrence rate of circulatary diseases.The thesis includes three parts. The first part summaries the knowledge of TCM and western medicine about Kawasaki Disease, the present therapeutic conditions and their own advantage. The second part is clinical cases observation. By comparing observation of 40 Kawasaki Disease cases ,we make a conclusion that the combining therapy of TCM and western medicine is better than single western medicine. The third part is questions and prospects. |
