| Object: In order to search an effective method to modernizing the zheng of TCM from the families investigation, we study the relative different expressing gene about both yin and yang deficient in a diabetes family. Method: Combined the standard and the specialist notion, we separately detect kidney yin and yang deficiency in sub-family with the 7 healthy in the 3 subfamilies by microrray. And we analyzed the relative biochemical result. Result: 1065 different expressing gene including 53 . up-expressing and 1012 low-expressing gene. 5 common up-regulated gene are in chip 1 and 2. No common up-regulated is between chip 1 and 3, as well as between chip 2 and 3. 4 common down-regulated gene are in chip 1 and 2, and 10 among the three chips. The differential expression gene involved the metabolism, apoptosis, cell cycle. And the gene related to the immunity, reproduction. The related metabolism gene was 20% of the all function gene. Conclude: (1) the research of the combination of disease with zheng in TCM in one same family could exclude a great deal of interference, and execute the most efficient study in the determinatus recourses. We choose the kidney deficient-diabetes patients as E group in sub-family and family separately and match to the two results for eliminating the discrepancy from vary genetic background. This is a necessary and beneficial verification for the experimental results. This is a capable way to study the zheng in molecule biology. (2) The zheng of both yin and yang kidney deficient develop foreground is set out through the families research: the molecule biology base of the kidney yin and yang deficient is likely related to the cosmically down-regulated, The result display the relative gene about both yin and yang deficient in kidney in TCM involving the decelerating of metabolization, falling of immunity function, originating of tumour, procreating and ageing. We should make much of the gene about metabolization to the research of the kidney deficient zheng. |
