Oligozoospermia Sperm Dynamics And Morphology. Increased Fine One

Objective: to explore the influence and mechanism of zengjingyihao capsula on morphology and motility of the sperm of oligospermia.Methods: 72 oligospermia from Andrology outpatient of Chengdu University of TCM from Feb to Dec 2004 were divided into 2 groups randomly : treated group and Control group,which were taken zengjingyihao and wuziyanzongwan respectively.The sperm were examinated by WLJY 9000 colour semen analysis system before taken capsula and three months after taken capsula.The examination included sperm density,sperm motility, sperm activity and VSL.The sperm dyed by Papanicolaou were examinated for morphology.Rsults: The sperm density,sperm motility, sperm activity and VSL in both treated group and controled group increased significantly and increased with time compared with those of before taken capsula (P<0.05, P<0.01) .Deform sperm rate and deform rate of sperm head in treated group and controled group reduced significantly compared with those of before taken capsula (P<0.01) .On increasing the sperm density,sperm motility, sperm activity and reducing the deform sperm rate and deform rate of sperm head, there was significantly difference berween treated group and controled group (P<0.05, P<0.01) .Conclusion: The sperm density,sperm motility, sperm activity and VSL may be greatly increased and deform sperm morphology may be greatly decreased by zengjingyihao, which may improved the quality of the sperm of oligospermia.
