| ObjectiveCervicalspondylotic radiculopathy is a common disease of middle-aged and old people, it's incidence rate has a gradually augmentation year by year. Many patients are suffering great painful. Therefore, medical workers pay much attention to the disease and try to find the best healing methods. We adopted acupuncture to cure cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy in clinic, and got a significant curative effect. In order to approach the mechanism of action of acupuncture to it and provide scientific theoretical foundations for acupuncture therapy to cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy, we take this research which is based on clinical therapies, clinical observation and detection the contents of blood plasm TXB2, we also observe the nail wall minicirculation both prior treatment and post-treatment.MethodOne hundred and twenty patients were selected from acupuncture and moxibustion medical outpatient of traditional Chinese medical hospital of Wuhan city.they are all consistent with the inclusion criteria of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. They were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. treatment group adopted acupuncture treatment; control group adopted cervical vertebra traction method. The frenquency of treatment are all one time a day, six days is a course of treatment and one day resting after a course. After two continuous course treatment, we evaluated the clinical therapeutic effect and detected the variation of blood plasm TXB2 and the nail wall minicirculation. Result1. Healing rate and total effective rate of observation group is 64.3% and 95.7% respectively, but control group's healing rate is 30.0 and it's total effective is 70.0%. this shows that observation group is more excellent than control group in curative effect(P<0.05) .2. After treatment, the pain rating index of paients all decrease, including sensor-PRI, affection-PRI and total-PRI. However, treatment group decreased more greatly (P<0.01)than control group.3. After acupuncture treatment, the score of visual analog scale(VAS) and present... |
