The Clinical Efficacy Research Of Tongluo Xifeng Decoction In Treatment Of Apoplexy Anura(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Winding)

Objective: this paper is to stroke aura card(phlegmy inside wind,phlegm and blood stasis resistance collaterals syndrome)patients as the research object,to observe the t2 dm extinguish wind decoction treating apoplexy aura syndrome(phlegmy inside wind,phlegm and blood stasis resistance network card)the clinical curative effect.Methods: a randomized controlled clinical research method,observation of 72 patients with apoplexy aura card,the treatment group to give the t2 dm extinguish wind particle)(exemption decoct soup combined aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride orally,the control group given orally,treatment for 3 months.The clinical data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0 before and after treatment.Result: 1.Through the statistical analysis of the baseline,the groups of cases such as age,sex,disease,course of baseline data comparison,the two groups has no statistical significance(P < 0.05),the comparable.2.The treatment group was significantly different from the control group(P < 0.05)and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.In both groups of patients,there was a reduction in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(symptom improvement)and the reduction in treatment group(P < 0.05)compared with the control group.4.There was a significant difference in the number of phlegm and total score(P < 0.05)before and after treatment for the treatment group.Control group patients before and after treatment in the aspect of phlegm and blood stasis symptoms integral had no significant difference(P > 0.05),after the follow-up and treatment only in phlegm and blood stasis symptom integral and total integral side is a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Since the proposed t2 dm extinguish wind decoction can effectively reduce the stroke aura syndrome(phlegmy inside wind,phlegm and blood stasis resistance network card)in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.2.It is superior to general basic treatment to prevent the recurrence of the TIA with the drug.3.There are no adverse events in the course of treatment,indicating that the selected Chinese medicine is safe and effective in clinical use.
