| The article analyze the current situation of primary osteoporosis (POP) on west and traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, including the pathology of bone fracture, back pain and lumbago caused by the POP, characteristic, clinical manifestation and the treatment methods of POP. It states the causes, pathology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention which are based on the former theories and offer some scientific evidences.The article summarize clinic experiments of traditional Chinese & West medicine, then adopt randomization way to explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment method which is made up by west medicine, herbs and physiotherapy on 42 patients. The result certifies the method has excellent curative effect, so traditional Chinese medicine treatment has great development perspective. |
