Goose Grazing Anti-tumor Active Ingredient And Its Fingerprint

Centipeds minima (L.) A. Br. et Ascher. Is an annual herbaceous plant of Compositse, which has been used as a fine remedy for cold, headache, chronic nasal allergy and cough in southeast Asia. Recent pharmacological study has proved it has inhibitory activity agaist b acteria, allergy and tumor etc. The article carried on the chemistry composition, the fingerprints; the content analysis and anti- tumor activeness have conducted the systematic research.The extration and isolation were accompolished with solvent and chromatography method about the Centipeda minima (L.), got 13 compou nds identified 9 compounds. There are Taraxasterol(Ⅰ),Pseudo taraxa sterol (Ⅳ),β-sitosterol(Ⅴ),β-sitosterylpalmitate(Ⅵ), brevilin (Ⅶ) helenalin (Ⅸ),stigmasterol-3-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(ⅩⅢ).Supercritical Fluid CO₂ Extraction, was also supplied to study the plant. The means was confirmde by a orthogonal experiment. Finge rprint is a good technology to elevate the quality of herb medicine, and the fingerprint was studied by GC.Study on the anti-tumor function of differently extracted the sp ots and compounds by the MTT law. The pharmacology experiment indica ted that, the petroleum ether ,ethyl acetate and the SFE extracts had the obvious anti-tumor function. And got 6(xj2, xj4, xj6, jx9, xj11, xj12) effective compound, 2(xj6, xj12) of them had obvious anti-tumor function. It has vital significance to provide the base to discuss the anti-tumor active material.
