Quel,then extended to be used to treat serum hepatitis, chronic tracheitis and so on.We try to find the relation between chemical constitution and biologic activity about polysaccharide through a series of experiment about the effect of CVPS,CVPS-D,CVPS-O on the directly multiplication of the splenic cells and lymphocyte cells and the function of peritoneal macrophage of the mouse.Analyzing the result of the experiment we find that there is no relationship between the polysaccharide and proteoglycan, and the activity of CVPS-O reduces obviously,which is to say there is the sharp correlation between CVPS and its chemical constitution.
