Diabetic Nephropathy In Western Progress And Prospects

The Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is one of diabetic mlcroangiopathy,and it is also one of the diabetic main complication and the causes of death.In recent years,the diabetic inception rate has unceasingly increased,and the inception rate of DN also stays at a high level.At present,the end stage renal disease caused by diabetic nephropathy has occupied a main status in the European and American countries,and the proportion in our country has also unceasingly increased.Now,the radical cure of DN has not been found.According to this,it's especially important to comprehensively recognize the causes,the pathogenesis and the risk factors of it as possible as we could.The early diagnosis and the early treatment of DN also seems as important as that above.The article has collected literatures about the cognition and treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine of DN in recent ten years, summarizing DN mainly from the aspects of etiopathogenists,etiopathogenesis and therapy.The current problems and its prospects are also presented.On the basis of advisor's profuse clinical experience,we treat 30 patients with the method of toulfying Qi and Yin to promote Blood circulation.The therapeutic effect is good,which Proved that traditional Chinese medicine has the excellent prospect in treating DN.
