Purpose: To establish the model of bactrial biofilms (BBF),and to observe the influence of Shuanghuanglian injection and the different parts of honeysuckle,Weeping Forsythia and Radix Scutellariae to BBF.Method: By use of 96-well culture plate to culture the bacterial only and to culture bacterial and the extract of Shuanghuanglian injection together. The absorbance was measured by plate reader to observe the growth ability of BBF.Result: The time of culture, the bacteria consistency and the meterial of 96-well culture plate are all of the main facts that can affect the growth of BBF.Conclusion:①Shuanghuanglian injection have obvious negative affect to the growth of BBF of E.coli and S.aureus.②The alcohol- extractive fraction of Honeysuckle,Weeping Forsythia and Radix Scutellariae have obvious negative affect to the growth of BBF of E.coli and S.aureus. Special, the powers of inhibition of the alcohol- extractive fraction of Honeysuckle and Radix Scutellariae are stronger.③The chloroform-extractive and n-butanol–extractive fraction of Honeysuckle alcohol extraction and Radix Scutellariae alcohol extraction have obvious negative affect to the `攧th of BBF of E.coli and S.aureus.
