1 Research objectivesThrough measuring the relational indexes of blood sugar & blood fat metabolism in serum of diabetic rats with drinking alcohol, beer and doing exercise, and discussing the influences and mechanism of drinking and exercises on diabetic rats'glucolipid metabolism. To providing the theoretical evidence so as to show a better therapy for diabetic sufferer and prevent them from any kind of chronic syndrome.2 Research MethodsTo selected 120 male rats into two big groups by random, in which take 10 as control groups, and others as diabetic modeling groups. Then diabetic rats will be divided into 6 sub-groups, namely DM group (diabetic group), diabetic group of exercise, diabetic group of drinking alcohol, diabetic group of drinking alcohol and doing exercises, diabetic group of drinking beer, diabetic group of drinking beer and doing exercises. After 8 weeks of drinking and exercising, each group of rats will be on diet for 12 hours and then cut their heads for blood. Testing the content of blood sugar, insulin, glycerin trilaurate (TC), cholesterin (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) in serum; All data will be used to do One-way analysis of variance and T test by the statistical software SPSS17.0. A significant level is P<0.05. Very significant level is P<0.001.3 Experiment Results3.1 The changing blood sugar and insulin content of diabetic rats with drinking alcohol and doing exercisesEvidently, the content blood sugar of the DM group is much higher than the control group and the diabetic group of exercise (P<0.05), while the content of insulin is lower than that of diabetic group of exercise and diabetic group of drinking alcohol and doing exercises (P<0.05); The diabetic group of drinking alcohol, its blood sugar content is remarkably higher than that of the control group, diabetic group of exercise (P<0.001) and diabetic group (P>0.05) but insulin lower than the diabetic group (P<0.05). The blood sugar of the diabetic group of drinking alcohol and doing exercises is higher than the diabetic group (P<0.05), meanwhile especially higher than that of the diabetic group of exercise (P<0.001), but insulin content much lower than the diabetic group of exercise (P<0.05), other groups are no much differences (P>0.05)3.2 The changing blood fat metabolism index of diabetic rats drinking alcohol and doing exercisesTG content of diabetic group is very higher than that of the control group (P<0.001), and the LDL-C content is higher than the control group (P<0.05); TC,TG and LDL-C content of diabetic group of exercise are evidently lower than the diabetic group (P<0.001), but HDL-C is very higher than the diabetic group (P<0.001); TG and LDL-C content of the diabetic group of drinking alcohol are notably under the diabetic group (P<0.05), TC,TG and LDL-C content of the diabetic group of drinking alcohol are lower than the diabetic of doing exercises(P<0.05). No distinct diversification among other groups about TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C content.3.3 The changing blood sugar and insulin content of diabetic rats with drinking beer and doing exercisesThe blood sugar content of diabetic group of drinking beer is especially higher than the control group, diabetic group and diabetic group of exercises (P<0.001), but the insulin is less than the diabetic group of exercises (P<0.05). The blood sugar content of diabetic group of drinking beer and doing exercises prominently over the control group and diabetic group (P<0.05), but much lower than the diabetic group of drinking beer (P<0.001), the rest groups are almost the same at the aspect of blood sugar and insulin (P>0.05)3.4 The changing blood fat metabolism index of diabetic rats with drinking beer and doing exercisesComparing with the diabetic group, TC and TG content of diabetic group of drinking beer are actually lower (P<0.05), and TG content is absolutely higher than the diabetic group of exercises, while the HDL-C content is lower than the diabetic group of exercises (P<0.05). The TG content of diabetic group of drinking beer and doing exercises is clearly lower(P<0.001),and the HDL-C is higher than the diabetic group (P<0.001) as well as prominently higher than the diabetic group of drinking beer (P<0.05),the content of LDL-C is lower than the diabetic group. TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C contents are no obviously difference (P>0.05)4. Conclusions4.1 It is fitting that exercises not only can lower diabetic rats'blood sugar level, but also promote the islet beta cell to excrete insulin as well as play a good role for the regulation of lipid metabolism.4.2 Drinking alcohol will advance the diabetic rats' blood sugar and insulin content without expectation, yet the consistence of TG,LDL-C are cut down obviously as well as promoting the lipid metabolism. Drinking beer will prominently hoist the diabetic rats'consistence of blood sugar, and harmful to the glucose metabolic of diabetic rats, however, it can boost the lipid metabolism of diabetic rats'blood to a certain extent.4.3 Exercises is disadvantage of boost blood sugar consistence and advance the insulin level as well as adjust the blood sugar metabolism on diabetic rats by drinking alcohol, it can lower TC,TG and LDL-C content of diabetic rats'blood, to effectively promote the blood fat metabolism.4.4 Exercises play a positive role to the regulation of glucose metabolism, enhance the insulin level, and knock down the diabetic rats'blood sugar consistence boosted by drinking beer. It also can improve the diabetic rats'blood fat metabolism so that the HDL-C level can be hoisted and reduced LDL-C,TG consistence observably.
