.101 Patients With Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Analysis

Aim:To investigate the clinical characteristics of hospitalized patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) in our hospital retrospectively.Methods:The data of 101 cases were obtained from 1999to2009 which were diagnosed UC in the digestive of Guang'an men hospital. The clinical characteristics were analyzed. Combining domestic and foreign literature to summarize and discuss. The major symptoms were blood purulent stool,diarrhea and abdominal pain. The process of extra-intestine isn't common. HB,PLT,ESR,ALB as well as dielectric have higher abnormality. Give the patients Chinese traditional treatment.Conclusion:Most of the hospitalized mild or patients with UC revealed moderate severity; the major types of UC were chronic relapse and first episode. The process of extra-intestine isn't common. Endoscopic check for diagnosis of the disease UC has important significance. Tongue of TCM syndrome has important significance. Give the patients Chinese traditional treatment. Using drugs SASP,5-ASA, curative effect is good.
