Purpose: According to the characters of Chinese medicine ,this topic adopted the technology which contained several subjects to study the therapeutic material basis which is about curing diabetes in Rosa davurica Pall;then,we can establish the standard of quality control in medicinal substances.And the standard is relative with the curative effect closely.Material and method: Basing on the relative reports, we utilized the method of sovent polar extract to prepare the different polar extract which was come from Rosa davurica Pall;we adopted the HPLC method to establish chromatographic condition which contained the most amount of information in different polar compound; we used the knowledge about Pharmacodynamics to investigate effect between different polar compound and BG,HBA1C in rats which were leaded to the Diabetes models through out the high fat diet and streptozotocin;we correlate the Fingerprints of Rosa davurica Pall.With the Pharmacological activity,using the methods of Correlation Analysis,cluster analysis and Principal Component Analysis,to study the therapeutic material basis about Anti-diabetic in Rosa davurica Pall; Also on Rosa davurica Pall extracts of antioxidant test in vitro; The growth of Rosa davurica Pall and the environment, the characteristics of morphology and properties;we utlized gradient elution system to determine Rutin,Hyperoside,Quercetin and Kaempferol in Rosa davurica Pall by HPLCResults:1.Through out the experiment of effect between different polar compound and BG,HBAIC in rats which were leaded to the diabetes models through out the high fat diet and streptozotocin,its result showed that Rosa davurica Pall water extract,ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract had different degree of hypoglycemic action.2.We correlate the Fingerprints of Rosa davurica Pall with the Pharmacological activity,by using the methods of Correlation Analysis,cluster analysis and Principal Component Analysis,to know that there was a significant negative correlation between 10 peaks area and the values of HBA1C,FRU,TG,NEFA and fasting blood glucose.3. Rosa davurica Pall acicularis extracts in vitro antioxidant test results: remove the ability for DPPH radical: ethyl acetate extract > Vc > n-buoh extract > water extract; The clearance of superoxide anion :ethyl acetate extract > gallic acid > n-buoh extract; The inhibition rate of hydroxyl radicals: ethyl acetate extract > Vc > n-buoh extract > water extract,; The measured results of total reduction force ethyl acetate extract > n-buoh extract> Vc > water extract.4.The growth of Rosa davurica Pall acicularis medicinal plants and the environment, the characteristics of morphology and properties were studied. 5.To establish four flavone ingredients HPLC method for the determination of Rutin,Hyperoside,Quercetin and Kaempferol in Rosa davurica Pall.Experimental results show that:The linger range of Rutin was 0.0381~0.4567μg (R2=0.9999),Hyperoside 0.1626~1.9518μg (R2=1),Quercetin 0.0537~0.6474μg (R2=1),Kaempferol 0.005~0.0599μg (R2=0.9998).The average recovery of Rutin was 96.54% ,RSD 1.92%,Hyperoside 97.55%,1.88%,Quercetin 96.12%,2.23%,Kaempferol 97.92%,1.48%.Conclusion:1.We correlate the different extracts fingerprint of Rosa davurica Pall with the Pharmacological activity,by using the methods of Correlation Analysis,Cluster analysis and Principal Component Analysis,to obtain chromatographic components of hypoglycemic action in Rosa davurica Pall.2.Antioxidant in vitro test show that Rosa davurica Pall ethyl acetate extract has strong antioxidant activity,with anti-aging, prevention of cardiovascular disease etc to provide theoretical references.3. A preliminary study of Rosa davurica Pall acicularis growth environment, the original plant morphology and properties, characteristics, and lay a foundation for further study. 4.Establishment of quality standard of Rosa davurica Pall can effectively quantitative analysis.
