Purpose: Through feeding the E(ApoE) Gene deficient mice under the ordinary conditions to study the effect of volts dissoluble alkaloid on herosclerosis (AS) mice serum cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein LDL cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and NO level which is caused by pathogen incubation causes(innate endowment deficatiency), to enrich and develop pathogen incubation theory , and to further expand the radish seed's application.Method: Dividing ApoE gene 75 mice (gives ordinary rat material feeding) into 5 groups at random, namely: ApoE gene defect blank, semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid of high, medium and low dose group, TCM group (Wenstardin group), each group15 only, then to take anotherC57BL / 6j mice as 15 control gives ordinary rat material feeding). After eight weeks,by doing biochemical tests to compare the serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and NO .Results: after eight weeks, semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid group can reduce AS serum TC and TG and LDL-C levels , at the same time HDL-C level will be increased, and the comparison between the treatment group and ApoE gene defect models are remarkably different (P < 0.01). Both Semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid high-dosage groups and Wenstardin group have no significant difference in reducing TC and TG, LDL - C and improve HDL-C (P﹥0.05), and all the groups have the effect of improving serum NO, Group were significantly better curative effect in model group .The aubject dissoluble alkaloid high-dosage groups ,medium group and Wenstardin group have extreamly significant difference (P﹤0.01), semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid low doses groups have significant difference (P﹤0.05). Among them, Semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid high-dosage groups and Wenstardin group have no significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:1 .semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid of high, medium and low doses are able to reduce serum TC and TG AS mice, LDL- C level and improve HDL-C level. 2. semen raphani dissoluble alkaloid of high, medium and low doses can increase serum NO content.
