Purpose: Observed Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids on ApoE-/ - mice (high fat diet) and serum lipid effects of nitric oxide.Method: ApoE-deficient mice 75, were randomly divided into five groups of 15 rats. High-fat diet fed group: Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids of high, medium and low-dose group, Xuezhikang group (positive control group), model group; normal diet fed group: C57BL/6J mice, 15.Animals in each group every morning, according to the following dose gavage 1: Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids from high-dose group 90mg/kg.d (respectively, the equivalent of crude drug 60g/kg), Radish Seed 60mg dose of water-soluble alkaloids / kg.d (respectively, the equivalent of crude drug 40g/kg), Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids from the low dose group 30mg/kg.d (respectively, the equivalent of crude drug 20g/kg), Xuezhikang group 0.2g/kg.d, blank control group and model group were given an equal volume of distilled water.Results:1 Soluble semen raphani alkaloids could reduce the ApoE-/ - mice with serum triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol;2 Soluble semen raphani alkaloids could regulate ApoE-/ - mice production and release of vasoactive substances, elevated serum NO content.Conclusion:Through the topics, Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids can regulate blood lipids, and elevated serum levels of NO, its effect was dose-dependent.
