Objective: To observe the high-fat diet conditions, radish seed water-soluble alkaloids of C57BL/6J mice serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein - cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein - cholesterol (HDL-C) and serum nitric oxide (NO) levels, and thus prove that radish seed with lowering blood lipids and increase the role of nitric oxide in serum for clinical studies of new drugs and provide experimental basis. Methods: C57BL/6J mice were individually weighed using electronic scales, and detailed records, and then based on body weight, small to large labeled by randomly divided into 6 groups, namely control group, model group, Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids of high, medium and low dose group, Xuezhikang group. 10 each, 5 per cage. Control group fed normal diet, the other groups were fed high fat diet. Control group and model group were equal volume of distilled water, the other four groups were 90mg/kg.d, 60mg/kg.d, 30mg/kg.d, 0.2g/kg.d gavage. After 8 weeks, through the biochemical detection, compared serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and serum NO values. Results: After 8 weeks, compared with model group, radish seed in each group and the water-soluble alkaloids Xuezhikang group could reduce the C57BL/6J mouse serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels, while elevated levels of HDL-C each treatment group were highly significant differences (P <0.01). Radish seeds with water-soluble alkaloids Xuezhikang high dose group analysis, both in lowering TC, TG, LDL-C and increased HDL-C had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Treatment groups could increase the level of serum NO, effects of each group were significantly better than the model group, and Xuezhikang group, radish seed alkaloid soluble high-dose group had no significant difference (P> 0.05), Radish Seed water-soluble alkaloids, the low dose group there was a significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion: 1. Radish Seed can reduce water-soluble alkaloids C57BL/6J mice (high fat diet) serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, and can also increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol level, and its The role of regulating lipids was positively correlated with the administration. 2. Radish seeds could increase water-soluble alkaloids C57BL/6J mice (high fat diet) serum nitric oxide levels, which regulate the levels of nitric oxide was a positive correlation with the administration.
