Purpose:According to the Traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical survey ,to Investigate if there is distribution between the different Syndromes of TCM in the patients who suffer from DPN,And to study the relationship between the common TCM Syndromes of DPN and the Experiment index.Subject and Method:The total 147 patients were all from endocrine Dept. of our hospital,according to the《Prevention DM with Chinese Medicine Guide》in 2007 and《Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostics》, dividing the 147patients into impairment of both QI and YIN group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis group, YIN deficiency and blood stasis group, YANG deficiency and blood stasis group,blood stasis blocking collatera group.recording the Sex,Age,BMI, Sick time of DM,HbA1C,CRP,C Peptid,TG,TC,HDL,LDL. All the original data Enter the computer,used the SPSS13.0, All the continuous variables are presented as mean±SEM.many group of mean value comparisons analyzes the LSD examination with ANOVA,and T'examination with ANOVA.Results:1.In the 147 patients, Percentage of the five groups From high to low are: YANG deficiency and blood stasis group > impairment of both QI and YIN group> Qi deficiency and blood stasis group> YIN deficiency and blood stasis group> blood stasis blocking collatera group. YANG deficiency and blood stasis group is the most common.But there has not significance compared with other groups.2.Male to female ratio of the 147 patients is 1:1.1. there has not significance(P>0.05); YIN deficiency and blood stasis group are the youngest group.There has notable significance compared with other groups.(P<0.01,P<0.05); The sick time of blood stasis blocking collatera group is longer than impairment of both QI and YIN group(P<0.05);The BMI of blood stasis blocking collatera group is larger than other groups. (P<0.01,P<0.05)3.The HbA1C of YIN deficiency and blood stasis group is lower than other groups (P<0.05);The CRP among the five groups has not significance.4.The C-petide of sick time of blood stasis blocking collatera group compared with impairment of both QI and YIN group and YANG deficiency and blood stasis group has significance. (P<0.01,P<0.05), compared with Qi deficiency and blood stasis group has significance except the 0min (P<0.01,P<0.05), compared with YIN deficiency and blood stasis group has significance at the 120min (P<0.05).The C-petide of Qi deficiency and blood stasis group at 0min,YIN deficiency and blood stasis group at 30min are higher than YANG deficiency and blood stasis group(P<0.05).5.There are not significance among The TG,TC,LDL of five groups (P>0.05),The HDL of YIN deficiency and blood stasis group is higher than Qi deficiency and blood stasis group, impairment of both QI and YIN group and YANG deficiency and blood stasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.There is not distributed tendency among the TCM Syndromes of DPN.2.Men and women suffering from diabetic peripheral neuropathy is basically the same risk of;Most of The younger patients suffer from the DPN have the YIN deficiency and blood stasis;The Sick time of blood stasis blocking collatera group is longer than impairment of both QI and YIN group;The BMI of blood stasis blocking collatera group is the highest .3.The HbA1C of Qi deficiency and blood stasis group is the lowest. Prompt that blood glucose was controled better during 120 days .There are varying degrees Dyslipidemia in the five groups,but there is not significance.4.The insulin resistance of blood stasis blocking collatera group is more notable than other groups.
