After reform and opening up, China's economy has made remarkable achievements,.The levels of motorization is increasing rapidly. Correspondingly, the road traffic safety means Of traffic participants is weak. this will inevitably lead to frequent traffic accidents. Pedestrian traffic violations have become a widespread phenomenon as an important factor in traffic accidents caused. Traffic violations of pedestrian has become a widespread social phenomenon, as an important factor to cause traffic accidents. Analysis by accident, traffic fatalities caused by pedestrian violations come to 15%, because pedestrian has no safe protection device, once causing traffic accidents, the rate of disability is high. Traffic participants, especially pedestrians for traffic safety education is our most important task in future, in order to fundamentally improve traffic and reduce traffic accidents, we must improve pedestrian's traffic safety means and legal means.According to the theory of planned behavior, Pedestrian traffic violations is caused by many factors, transportfacilities are inadequate in Objectively,Traffic management work are lack. Subjective pedestrian safety means are weak. But in general, when pedestrian making traffic violations, must be subject to subjective judgments, Pedestrians on violations attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control play a decisive role. Attitude is the positive or negative evaluation when individuals make traffic violation; Subjective norm refers to the feel of the social pressure; Perceived behavioral control is the aware degree of difficulty when pedestrians making violations. When pedestrians think they have more resources and opportunities, perceived behavioral control on the behavior will be stronger. pedestrians based on their past experience, vehicles can not hit pedestrians, Or making a traffic violation will save time and effort for them, crossing the gap in the vehicle Is fully capable, perceived behavioral control will increase the influence on pedestrian violations.Pedestrians on violations attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, they make impact factor a traffic violation on the pedestrian violations is different. Finding out the size of the influence coefficient, we can do a good traffic safety work. They can play a preventive role for accident. This paper use standard scale on pedestrian traffic violations based on the theory of planned behavior, We conducted a survey an interview survey on Kunming University of full-time undergraduate students, full-time postgraduates. Then we conduct reliability and validity analysis using software SPSS16.0 for survey data, establish the structural model using software Amos7.0, fitting analysis of the simulation. Finally, we arrive at attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on the traffic violation, Finally, according to he analysis results, in transportation facilities, traffic control and traffic safety education,we propose targeted measures for improving.
