In this paper, according to Guo Maoqian "Yue Fu Shi Ji" categories,the Jin and Song Qi Dynasty's literature in the form of charts were compared, focusing on the Nanchao Song Dynasty of the musical literature of this period are presented features.Jiao Miao Ge Ci of Nanchao Song Dynasty far less than the achievements of the Xi Jin Dynasty, Yan She Ge Ci is like the setting sun;" three Gu Chui Nao Ge of Song Dynasty "is the song of the spectrum of the Xi Jin Dynasty of the Nao Ge,only the song written by Bao Zhao is "Mei Hua Luo".With the Jiao Miao, Yan She, Gu Chui and Heng Chui, faces scattered across blowing compared to the present of Xiang He Ge Ci in a thriving state, Works of numerous writers, social class participation is also the most extensive,especially the types in Ping, Qing, Se most developed Songs. Song and dance is quite prosperous, self-made music have quite a lot of writers. Xi Qu Ge is still in the early stage of development status, so did Jiang Nan Nong.All in all, the Nan Chao Song Dynasty's co-existence of literature showing a refined and popular tastes, the more developed of the characteristics of folk music.
