During 1935-1945, the music culture generated in Yan'an is a special cultural territory in the whole structure of Chinese music culture. It is special not only as a historical cultural phenomenon out of the birth of the bloody revolution ,also it is the music culture revolution such as the new music,left-wing music of the law of inherent nature of the deep natural continuation of development and innovation. Political ideology in the Communist Party of China led by social groups in Yan'an,Petty bourgeois's literature and art ideas finaly in formation of a new concept art after their ideas through self-transformation,which music culture so as to generate Yan'an laid an important ideological and theoretical foundation. For a time, the nation, the public, the revolutionary, and the political view of literary theory are full of cultural development in almost each areas of Yan'an. After a series of running and building, Yan'an's local folk musical culture and professional elite music culture finally created a suitable form of music cultural for Yan'an social development, and as a new spiritual outlook, it stands in the family of nations.
