Proactive personality, time perspective, innovation is a hot research field of psychology, the current foreign personality traits of these three different studies have yielded some results, but the above topics and related areas of research starting in China are more late, the process is still deepening. Marxist philosophy tells us that the development of things is generally linked. From the perspective of psychology, the role of the different personality traits in the same individual, although the cause is more complex, but as a result, these three personality traits in the social life they are nothing but a positive impact every individual has the same or similar place. Therefore, I think if you do not open them to the isolation of human, but to one of the more mature the basis of proactive personality, through comparative study of different latitudes and found that the interaction between them and links to help a more comprehensive understanding of our proactive personality, time perspective, innovative personality of the formation of these three reasons and they play an active role on the principle of the individual, but also through the three different levels of the individual who embodies to explain the personality differences between individuals.In view of this, the study selected the target student population as the experimental objects, looking through various dimensions of personality and character This is a typical time of insight, innovation, research focus of these two psychological interaction between, To the positive psychology can explain the individual's performance, while extensive research in related fields. In the experimental part of the main questionnaire survey and data analysis using a combination of methods, the final regression analysis and variance analysis using statistical methods, the following conclusions:(1) Different gender, different grades and different demographic variables of professional character in the three sub-dimensions of the overall control environment, the opportunity to grasp power, clarity on goals, there were significant differences.(2) By regression analysis, found that the level of proactive personality and its three sub-dimensions of environmental control, the opportunity to grasp power, targeted at the time of the three sub-dimensions of time, insight, focus, time, direction, time connectivity has significant. Specifically, students of different genders in the overall structure of the proactive personality, and three sub-dimensions were significantly different. In general, students of different ages, and three sub-dimensions there are some differences. From the perspective of the division of arts and sciences, liberal arts students out of the proactive personality scores significantly higher than the science classes to students; and environmental dimensions of control there was no significant difference between two types of students; opportunity to grasp the power dimension of liberal arts students score high; targeted science class students on the dimension of the high scores.(3) By using the same method of proactive personality, innovation, and its four sub-dimensions (innovation will, innovative ideas, innovation, quality and personality psychology, innovation, behavioral characteristics) analysis found that willingness to innovate, innovative thinking and innovative actions that three sub-dimensions, women and men have significant differences, males were significantly higher than women, while in the proactive personality, creativity and innovation and the quality of the three dimensions of personality psychology, women and men were no significant differences; experiments show that innovative aspects of the whole personality and its four sub-dimensions in the year there was no significant difference; the students surveyed in accordance with departmental system regression analysis, found that students in liberal arts and science classes in the innovative personality of the whole and its four sub-dimensions there are significant differences, and the former scored significantly higher.
