Jing-yuan Thought

Chen Jing Yuan had great achievement of Taoism in north Song dynasty, his thinking combined with the Confucianists,Buddhism and Taoism.He developed his thinking and built theory in the base of absorbing predecessor thoughts.His thinking built a bridge for Confucian school of idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming dynasties.We can see that he combined the special characteristics of Confucianists,Buddhism and Taoism from his theory of Taoism,theology,politics,cultivation,cosmos, temperament and humanity.We will introduce the content of the dissertation :In the first section,I introduced the current situation and object of study and then introduce the new ideas and writing method of dissertation.In the second section,I introduced the backgrounds and research results of Chen Jing Yuan's thinking,from which we can use.In the third section,I introduced Chen Jing Yuan's life story and writings.I study his thinking by use of《guxuezhenwei》in《Mengwentong collected works》.In the forth section,I analyzed the theory of cosmos,humanity, temperament of Chen Jing Yuan's thinking.In the fifth section,I analyzed the theory of abstruse ,cultivation,politics and divinity of Chen Jing Yuan's thinking.In the sixth section,I analyzed the impact and value of his thinking.And Chen Jing Yuan opened a new route for the development of Taoism.
