Foreign Language Teaching Resources Multimedia Network Database And Courseware Generation System

Modem distance education is a result between computer network, especially Internet and education. This is a breakpoint of modem information technology which is used and created a newer architecture of mankind knowledge propagation. Because strong incidence of developmental Internet, shortcut information transferring, real time mutual, huge information resource, we can make Internet as a new way for distance education. Many problems in classical education such as no capability of real time mutual could be resolved. It sure distance education based on Internet take advantage of real time mutual, abundance picture and text, but the same interface and continue update trouble us too. We want to research two problems.First, we build a Multimedia Database of Chinese as second language resource based on Internet.we build a basic Multimedia Database frame of Chinese as second language resource based on Internet and insert some data into database. Most of update can be done on browser. Several men of Beijing Language and Culture University do some work on Chinese as second language corpus, for example, Wang Huan and Chang Baoru modem Chinese wordfrequencies corpus, Zhao Shuhua modem Chinese sentences type corpus, Chu Chengzhi,Chen Xiaohe corpus. we build a Multimedia Database of Chinese as second language resource based on Internet.. there are 15 tables in database, including words, sentences, scene, audio, video, language knowledge, communication place, communication diction, communication act, function, book name, publish, visitor information, visitor comments. All of these tables quote each other and connected together in case of redundancy data. We pay attention to integrality of database, every fields in database is defined it value range and attribute. In order to keep readability, every fields has it mean in table. Mutual is stronger and could be use for more times.Our system meaning not only in build a developed CAl courseware, but also in using old resources explore a way to regroup them in several money and time. There are some references for others. Because of database, our resource could be used many times and our content is more agility.
