In this paper, characteristics of Chinese and western culture has been analyzed, and differences of culture between Chinese and western Countries have been comprised according to basic reasons of soil of formation of culture-geographical environment and formation of culture.Because production, formation and development of management are closely influenced by culture, this paper was analyzed by comparison. Characteristics and differences of Chinese and western culture was briefly analyzed in the first chapter. The relationship between culture and management was studied in the second chapter. On the basis of the first and second chapter, Chinese and western management thoughts were compared in the third chapter. Western and Chinese management models were compared in the fourth chapter. Western and Chinese management strategies were compared in the fifth chapter. According to above comparisons, different characteristics and differences between western and Chinese countries of management thoughts, management models, and management strategies can be seen. The key reason is that culture background, mode of thinking, and behavior ways between Chinese and western countries are different. Development and innovation of management of Chinese enterprise were studied through development and innovation of management thoughts, management models, management strategies of Chinese enterprise. Through primary investigation of use of force of culture, management thoughts, management models, management strategies with Chinese distinctive modern enterprise were established.The aims of this paper are that Chinese enterprisers can see advantages and disadvantages of management thoughts, management models, and management strategies through comparisons. The aims of comparison are not only comment of management but also benefit for both sides through evaluation in order to avoid detours for management practice.
