Pioneer art doesn't seek to present what is natural, which is theprinciple and guideline to create modern paintings. Art is over infr-inged by philosophy under the influence of the new trends of thoughtsin culture. At the same time, the idea of seeking for the unique and the unusual makes the contemporary art shallow and superficial. Thosetraditional paintings focusing on the realism were attacked by the photographic art appeared in the 19th century. In addition, the follow-ing development of multimedia and visual art also had a great impact on the traditional painting.Many artists are in no mood to create thegrand works in the modern society. What's more, the practical value of the traditional art does not exist any longer for it is replaced by lots of new things, therefore, Renaissance, the golden age of the traditional art goes farther and farther from us. We must confess theirreversible fact. However, a great number of masters whoaffected thecivilization progress of human beings were created through the cultu-ral storage and efforts of generations of people.
