On The National Self-confidence, Cultural Reconstruction

The goal of the dissertation is based on a doctrine which to find a road to break long-disturbing the Chinese nation structual cultive of "self-ambition and self-contempt" double psychological conflict.with the central issue of rational resetup national self-confidence,and on the guide of historical materialism and dialectic materialism,then carry on several tentative research as following:Firstly,as viewed from culture,the author reexplain the connotation and extention of national self-confidence,reveal the functional relationship between national self-confidence and culture.bring up a new opinion that national self-confidence stem form national culture,and it is a belief in national culture,it becomes rational base and inner power of national consciousness.Secondly,this paper illuminate background and meaning which reseting Chinese national self-confidence form ancient ,neoteric and nowdays.and think ancient national self-confidence characterized with shortcoming of close, aseityand pride,that mean it is very necessary to rebuild.in neotiric days ,the country became weak and the gread suffered national self-confidence created conscious unblance,loss culture and modernization.all prove theat crossing hundred year's self-contempt is a important condition for the thrive of the Chinese nation.the current globalsation ,which implied with culture hegemony and belief crisis under the social transformation,renew to confirm sound and firm national self-confidence.it should be viewed as a urgent thesis which Chinese nation receive epoch challenge .Thirdly,brief history and failure reasons of old culure which build national an self-confidence were surveyed and carded.the author analyzed the difficuties and defects of reconstructing device posed by culture conservatism and radicalism,and also discussed the flaws andmistaakes in reconstructing national self-confidence of culture campaign leaded by the party .the author concluded that culture reconstructing of national self-confidence depend neither on transplanting the western cultures,nor on our traditional culture.based on self-improved didn't take the advantage of rational reconstructing of national confidence.Fourthly,the author posed methods and routes of present culture rebuilding national confidence through breaking and building.Breaking implied that the misunderstanting of china-centralism and national-nihilism should be done away,so the author suggest to dispel emotional pulse,reform our thinking method,and convince culture aware of national self-recongnition. The second aspect was to break authority myth of western-centralism. So the author agree with the cultural exchange and dialogue between china and the western countries.we should take part in global system,and should convinced the decomposed value of post-colonialism critical theory.Building implied to constuct a new universal culture system,based on new era demands.in order to reconstruct Chinese valuable and meaning world.the author put forward and certificated that only socialism culture can reconstruct Chinese selt-confidence and thoroughly eliminated dual-conflicted psychological structure of Chinese self-importance and self-inferiorness In order to complete the task,socialism culture should possessed socialist,mordern,national and interharnomious structure ,and ran a new continuous synthetical reconstructed path which means self-central and self-useful.
