The Asiatic Mode of Production is major part in the historical theory of Marxism, which has lasted for a long time about its argue. Mr Hou Wai-lu inherited its viewpoint about the Asiatic Mode of Production, and studied the ancient social history of china with which as theoretical basis. So the conclusion had been drawn is that the Asian ancient and the Classical ancient is two different ways in the same historical stage. Mr Hou Wai-lu's basic viewpoint about the Asiatic Mode of Production in the ancient society of china mainly include: view of the road, doctrine of the premature, question of the clan system's remaining, question of lacking the soil private ownership system, question of counting the slave by family, question of the city country's origin and development, question of the forefather's idea, question of the virtuous people's style of work, question of the late birth of national classes, question of the extremely difficulty of the Chinese ancient political reform, etc. Mr Hou's research about ancient social history of china is the important mark about chinesization of historical theory of Marxism.
