Property right is one of the basic systematic arrangements of social economic life and Property right relation is the core and basis of all economic relations. The property right ethic, as the basis of economic ethic, is a kind of value and behavioral norm which is used to regulated the relations of property and right between people and a set of regulations and systems which is used to adjusted the relationship of property right .With the development of the property right , the property right ethic also undergoes a process of development from simplicity to complexity,showing different characteristics during different historical periods. In the meanwhile, the property right ethic, owing to its profound utilitarian, moral and cultural value and unique ethic enchantment, has penetrated every aspect of human civilization and influnced human being's practical activities.Looking back on the history, People will find that any civilized social pattern form is a systematic arrangement into which the private property right, public property right and common property right are integrated. Different arrangement of property right embodies different direction of ethic value: private property right makes the individual widely known and reveals the efficiency, public property right emphasizes on the entirety and purses fameless reviewer, the ethic of common property right realizes the dialectic unification of efficiency and fairness ,and it is the rejection of the two.The modern system of property right, in the contemporary age and region, seeks impartial arrangement of property right, calls for the free flow of property right and cultivates its own management of property right. The three constitutes the ethic system of the effective operation of modern property right, and it is the soul of the effective work of the modern property right.
