This research, with 400 vocational school students were tried , made use of "middle school student from vulgar mental state ego examination questionnaire "and "the middle school student copes with the way questionnaire". Studying vocational school students from the vulgar mental state with cope with the characteristics of the way and from vulgar mental state as to it' s reply the influence of the way. The result showed: The First: vocational school students to distribute primarily from the vulgar mental state in the motive and expected the high causing from vulgar with over break to settle to result in early from the vulgar two major type ; female vocational school students is rare from the vulgar mental state to compare male vocational school students to show the difference ; The village vocational school students from the vulgar mental state to compare the town vocational school students to show the difference; The technical school students to compare from the vulgar mental state the specialized middle school students. The Second : the ways the vocational school students using to deal with frustration are: solve problem, ask for help, fantasize, avoid, rationalize and self-reproach . Female vocational school students the ratio male vocational school students the more adopting the self-reproach replying withimagination; The village vocational school students to compare the city the vocational school students more adoptions the self-reproach replying; The specialized middle school students ratio the technical school students is more to adopt the problem the solution replies.According to the above research result, this research put forward the conversion and alleviate the student from four suggestions of the vulgar mental state:The First Part: enhancing the school mental state health education, increasing the whole mental state level of the vocational school students.The Second Part: helping the students make use of the making up function, encouraging the students to grow up healthily.The Third Part: follow the principle of teaching according to one' s ability, aim at vocational school students to puts from the individual difference of the vulgar mental state into practice the classification educates.The Fourth Part: put success education into practice , promote vocational school students more self-confident.
